For video games in particular. A chunk of my favorites are in this video, prominently Simon Templeman and the late Tony Jay for Kain and Mortanius respectively.

Another good mention is Crispin Freeman, known for his voice work as Albedo and Nigredo in Xenosaga and Abel Nox in Star Ocean: Till the End of Time.
