Well...someone had to make it.

Anyway, WoW thread. Post your WoW related info here.

My lock: http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Zul%27jin&n=Mackaye

I also have a level 45 paladin and level 16 hunter, both which I plan to get to 80. However, I really plan to level my paladin a bit more after the new patch comes out, hopefully sometime in the beginning of August. Also I won The Turning Tide last night for my lock in Naxx 25, so yay. I play on Zul'Jin by the way.

Go crazy.

no u!

When they got to 74 I replaced the beast master hunter with my paladin and have been running that group (pally, 3x hunter, shaman). I can't wait for the next patch. Not only the lower cost for faster mounts, but the ability to drop four shaman totems in one keypress/cooldown!

Hey what addons do you guys use?

Um, lemme try to remember:

-Quest Level
-Titan Panel
-Xperl
-Dominoes

I think that's all I use. I'd have to check but WoW is on my other computer at my dad's.

Auctioneer for my auction toon.

Pitbull Unit Frames
AlphaMap
Bagnon
eCasting Bar
Jamba
Clique (if I'm playing a healing class)
Omen
CTMod (just the Core module)
Recap

-Quest Level -> Kinda self explanatory. Shows the level of the quest in your quest log

-Titan Panel -> Mainly just used for a bar that will show how much gold you have, coordinates, FPS, etc

-Xperl -> Used for the character and different things in game. How big you want certain boxes to be such as party or raid members. Also has a lot of other functions that help with in game play.

-Dominoes -> Used for moving spells around and an assortment of things such as your cast time bar. Also used for hotkeying spells.

Auctioneer helps to track and organize auctions. It also keeps records of prices to help you determine the best price to sell items, as well as to find items that are good bargains.

Pitbull Unit Frames replaces the Blizzard unit frames (player, target, party, raid, etc) with customized frames that show what you want, the way you want.

AlphaMap lets you view zone maps in a re-sizable window and has markers for stuff like towns and flight paths.

Bagnon replaces your bags with one bag that shows all of your bag slots. Makes it a bit easier to manage your inventory.

eCasting Bar replaces the Blizzard casting bar with several customizable bars. You can move and re-size them. I like to put the target bar in the middle of the screen so I can see when a mob is casting a spell.

Jamba is a helper add-on for multiboxing that reduces or removes some of the tedium of running multiple clients (quest selections, flight paths, forming a group, etc).

Clique allows you to add mouseover keybinds for your healing spells via a menu system, which saves you the time and effort of writing separate macros for it.

Omen displays threat levels, so you can make sure that aggro stays where it should.

CTMod has a ton of add-ons, but I just use the one that allows for a few simple things like moving the tooltip box and adding a time stamp to text entries.

Recap is a DPS meter, it shows how much damage the group is doing, including breakdowns by abilities and even separates pets from their masters.

No problem. They're really simple to use once you get used to them.

Big content patches almost always lead to extended maintenance and lots of extra downtime.

The timing for this patch is almost perfect, my group is level 76 and I didn't buy the flying skill or mounts for them because I was heading to Northrend at level 68 (which means no flying until level 77) and because I knew that the patch would provide lower costs and a faster 'slow' mount. If the 150% mount is fast enough, I'll just skip the next level. My group can afford the flying skill, mount, and northrend skill just with the cash they have from questing. And I've got 18,000 gold (and growing) in the guild bank in case I get the itch to fly faster. :p
